We’ll complete the installation in the week you agree (or sooner) when you sign up, or we’ll refund the labour costs.

We'll provide detailed system designs developed by experienced system designers using tried and tested software to ensure you get the equipment FOR YOU every time. No pre-designed one-size-fits all packages churned out by poorly trained staff. If we don't provide a bespoke design for your property we'll provide a full refund.

On domestic installations we'll take no more than a £500 deposit to confirm your installation, then another payment no sooner than two weeks prior to installation, and the final balance on completion. For commercial customers we'll arrange terms that fit with your finance.
